(MEI Market Note 233: Houston, January 23, 2019)
This report provides a preview of the panel on Mexico that will be held at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). The 3-hour panel is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 7. The first segment will provide oil companies with leases in Mexico the opportunity to share ideas about how to move product beyond the wellhead. The second segment will be from Mexico's midstream regulator and service companies who would provide the rules, technology and muscle to make it happen. At the end of each segment, there will be an audience survey of perceptions, concerns and expectations regarding the challenges and opportunities ahead. Audience responses will be saved for a post-conference report. Buy sample pages to download immediately below.
Our reports are distributed principally by subscription. For information, contact George Baker, who will be moderating the OTC event in May, at (832) 434-3928 (mobile) or email info@energia.com.

Baker & Associates, Energy Consultants is a management consultancy and publisher of an industry newsletter, Mexico Energy Intelligence™ (MEI). Its consultants have advised international energy and technology companies about market opportunities and risks in the U.S.-Mexico operating environment, particularly in the upstream.
Originally conceived in the form of a one-page summary of a newsworthy or institutional event, MEI reports evolved into long-form journalism of the length found, for example, in The New Yorker.
